摘要
目的探讨残疾老年人营养风险的发生率及其影响因素。方法通过整群抽样法,对上海市普陀区783例60岁及以上社区残疾人开展面对面问卷调查和人体测量。结果社区残疾老年人营养不良风险的发生率为16.2%.二分类logistic回归结果显示患有两种及以上的慢性病(OR=2.45)、抑郁(OR=3.45)、近一年有跌倒史(OR=1.80)、握力降低(OR=1.58)是社区残疾老年人营养风险发生的独立影响因素。结论自身患多种慢性病、抑郁、近一年有跌倒和握力降低的社区残疾老年人容易发生营养不良风险。
Objective To explore the incidence and its influencing factors of nutritional risk of the aged with disabilities in the community.Methods Through cluster sampling,783 disabled people aged 60 and above in Putuo District of Shanghai were investigated by face-to-face questionnaire and anthropometry.Results The incidence of malnutrition risk of disabled elderly in community was 16.2%.The results of binary logistic regression showed that suffering from two or more chronic diseases(OR=2.45),depression(OR=3.45),having the history of falls in the past year(OR=1.80),and lower grip strength(OR=1.58)were the independent influencing factors of nutritional risk in the community disabled elderly.Conclusion The elderly with disabilities in the community who suffer from a variety of chronic diseases,depression,falls in the past year,and lower grip strength are prone to malnutrition risk.
