上海市农村健康教育咨询点服务现状分析

Analysis About Current Status on Service of Rural Health Education Counseling Stations in Shanghai

目的了解上海市农村健康教育咨询点服务现状,为加强农村个性化健康教育服务提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取上海市4个郊区425个设置在村委或村卫生室的健康教育咨询点进行问卷调查,分析其服务现况。结果在所调查的咨询点中,有51.8%的平均每周服务超过30人次;34.8%的咨询点有独立场地;77.9%的咨询点场地面积≥15m^(2);59.5%的咨询点健康教育设备齐全;32.0%的咨询点每周开放≥2次;84.9%的咨询点每次开放≥2 h;27.3%的咨询点提供附加健康服务;85.2%的咨询点配备具有医学背景的咨询员,咨询员主要由在职医生和健康促进志愿者担任。咨询点利用情况较好的供方影响因素包括:提供附加健康服务、房屋独用、每周开放≥2次、咨询员有医学背景、面积达标。结论农村健康教育咨询点建设应注重服务内容拓展、场地条件改善、分时段开放和人员准入落实,以提高居民对个性化健康教育服务的利用。

Objective To investigate the service status of rural health education counseling stations in Shanghai and provide basis for strengthening rural personalized health education service.Methods Using cluster random sampling,425 counseling stations set up in village committees or village clinics from 4 suburbs were selected to conduct questionnaire survey and analyze the service status.Results In the survey,51.8%of the counseling stations served more than 30 people per week on average;34.8%of the stations had independent sites;77.9%of the consultation sites had an area of more than 15m2;59.5%of the consultation sites had complete health education facilities;32.0%of the counseling stations were open at least twice a week;84.9%of the consultation stations were open for more than 2 hours each time;273%of the counseling stations provided additional health services;85.2%of the consultation sites were equipped with consultants with medical background,and the consultants were mainly employed by in-service doctors and health promotion volunteers.The influencing factors of better use of the stations included providing additional health services,using the house alone,opening more than twice a week,having medical background,and meeting the area standard.Conclusion The construction of rural health education counseling stations should pay attention to expand service content,improve site conditions,increase open frequency and ensure personnel qualifications to improve residents*utilization of personalized health education service.
