上海市青浦区2015-2019年流脑疫苗不良反应分析

Analysis on Adverse Reaction of Meningococcal Vaccine in Qingpu District of Shanghai from 2015 to 2019

目的了解上海市青浦区流脑疫苗接种后的不良反应情况,为疫苗接种提供科学依据。方法以上海市预防接种不良事件登记系统的数据为基础,对青浦区2015—2019年流脑疫苗接种后的不良反应情况进行汇总分析。结果2015—2019年,青浦区流脑接种剂次呈现下降趋势;2015年接种剂次数为43246剂次,至2019年下降至37007剂次。接种不良反应人次和不良反应率均呈现明显的上升趋势。结论应加强健康教育,提升接种服务,改善疫苗质量,从而有效地控制疫苗接种不良反应。

Objective To understand the adverse reactions of meningococcal vaccine in Qingpu District,and provide scientific basis for vaccination.Methods Based on the data of adverse events registration system of Shanghai vaccination,the adverse reactions after meningococcal vaccination in Qingpu District from 2015 to 2019 were analyzed.Results From 2015 to 2019,the number of meningococcal vaccination in Qingpu District showed a downward trend.The number of inoculations was 43246 in 2015,and it will drop to 37007 in 2019.The number of adverse reactions and the rate of adverse reactions showed an obvious upward trend.Conclusion Health education,vaccination service,and vaccine quality should be improved,so as to effectively control adverse reactions of vaccination.
