危机管理模式对急诊手外科护理质量提升的影响

Effect of Crisis Management Mode on the Nursing Quality in Emergency Hand Surgery

目的探讨危机管理模式对急诊手外科护理质量提升的影响。方法选择2019年1-6月深圳市龙华区人民医院急诊手外科收治的患者50例为对照组,接受常规护理干预;选择2019年7-12月急诊手外科收治的患者50例为观察组,接受危机管理模式干预。比较两组患者对护理质量的评分以及护理满意度、护理缺陷事件发生情况。结果观察组患者的护理质量评分中,基础护理质量、专项护理质量、护理书写质量、健康宣教质量、护患交流质量得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理工作缺陷事件总发生率(4.00%)低于对照组(26.00%, P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度(98.00%)高于对照组(84.00%, P<0.05)。结论危机管理模式能有效提升急诊手外科护理质量,降低护理缺陷事件并提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of crisis management mode on the nursing quality of emergency hand surgery.Methods A total of 50 patients who were treated in emergency hand surgery in People's Hospital of Longhua District of Shenzhen from January to June in 2019 were selected as control group and received routine nursing intervention.From July to December in 2019,a total of 50 patients in emergency hand surgery were observed group and received intervention of crisis management mode.The nursing quality and satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and the occurrence of nursing defects was statistically analyzed.Results The observation group had higher scores in the quality of basic nursing,special nursing,nursing writing,health education,and communication quality in the observation group(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing work defects in observation group(4.00%)was lower than that of control group(26.00%,P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing in observation group(98.00%)was higher than that of control group(84.00%,P<0.05)・Conclusion Crisis management mode can effectively improve the quality of emergency hand surgery nursing,reduce the nursing defects and improve the patients*satisfaction.
