摘要
目的:探讨下肢康复机器人训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能及平衡功能的影响。方法:将100例痉挛型脑瘫患儿按年龄及粗大运动功能分级系统(GMFCS)分层随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患儿均给予常规康复治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上给予下肢康复机器人训练。于治疗前、治疗8周及12周后分别采用粗大运动功能评定量表-88(GMFM-88)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)对两组患儿粗大运动功能及平衡功能进行评估。结果:治疗8周、12周后,观察组患儿GMFM-D、GMFM-E能区百分比、BBS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:下肢康复机器人训练联合常规康复治疗能够有效改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能及平衡功能。
Aim:To explore the effects of robot assisted gait training(RAGT)on gross motor function and balance function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:A total of 100 children with spastic cerebral palsy were allocated into observation group and control group according to age and gross motor function classification system(GMFCS).Both groups were given conventional rehabilitation treatment,children in the observation group were given robot assisted gait training additionally.The gross motor function rating scale-88(GMFM-88)and Berg balance scale(BBS)were used to evaluate the gross motor function and balance function of the two groups before treatment,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment separately.Results:After 8 weeks,12 weeks of treatment,the percentages of GMFM-D,GMFM-E energy zone and the BBS scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Robot assisted gait training combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the gross motor function and balance function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.
