摘要
城镇幼儿园接送交通出行是重要的城市交通行为之一,也是建设儿童友好型城市的重要方面。文章以江苏为例,采用问卷调查和半结构访谈的方法,深入研究了幼儿接送交通出行的特征,包括交通方式与距离关系、地域化差异特征和不同交通方式的停留时长等。在此基础上,针对现有相关标准和规范的不足提出完善建议——重新界定幼儿园服务半径,因地制宜布局幼儿园并进行交通引导,设置家长接送等候区和停车场等。研究对幼儿园规划建设和交通管理具有一定政策启示。
Transportation of urban kindergartens is one of the most important urban traffic behaviors,and is also an important aspect of child-friendly city construction.Taking Jiangsu as an example,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview to study the characteristics of kindergarten-related transportation,including the relation between transport and distance,differential characteristics of regionalization,and stay time of different transports.On this basis,we put forward some suggestions to improve the existing standards--redefining the service radius of kindergarten,distributing kindergartens and set traffic guidance according to local conditions,setting up waiting areas and parking lots for parents,etc.The study has some policy implications for kindergarten planning and traffic management.
