摘要
采用高强螺栓替代传统焊钉连接件可实现钢-混凝土组合梁的快速装配和桥面板的替换。为研究装配式钢-混凝土组合梁的高强螺栓连接件的抗剪性能,以螺栓孔径和垫块尺寸为主要研究参数,对6组推出试件进行了单调静力加载试验。通过推出试验获取了试件的破坏模式和荷载-相对滑移数据,分析了参数对试件开裂荷载、滑移荷载、极限承载力以及相对滑移量的影响。研究结果表明,试件的滑移荷载随高强螺栓孔径的增大而显著减小;增大螺栓垫板可以明显提高混凝土的开裂荷载和试件的极限荷载。
The use of high-strength bolt connectors,instead of the traditional stud connectors,can realize rapid assembly and deconstructable of bridge deck.To study the properties of high-strength bolt shear connector for precast steel-concrete composite girders,static loading tests were conducted on specimens of six specimens.The main variable parameters of specimens were the diameter of bolt aperture and the size of bolt backing plate.The failure mode and the relative slip data of specimens were obtained by push-out tests.The cracking load,slip load,bearing capacity,and relative slip amount of each specimen were analyzed detailedly.The research show that the friction shear bearing capacity decreased with the rising of bolt aperture.However,with the enlargement of size of bolt backing plate,the concrete crack and ultimate load increase.The recommended equations can be used widely.
