摘要
职业教育面向产业发展、对接岗位需求,培养适应社会的高素质技术技能人才。随着国家大力推进创新驱动发展,高职院校人才培养模式研究也在逐步深化。在剖析通信技术专业人才培养存在问题的基础上,通过构建导师化导学、信息化助学、认证化督学的多元化人才培养模式,进行“个性化职业发展”与“产业链岗位适应”并行教学,提高课堂效率与教学质量,为培养适应时代要求的高职通信专业人才打下基础。
Vocational education is oriented towards the development of industry and the demand of post,training adaptation to society’s high-quality technical and skill talents.With the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy from all walks of life,the research on the talent-training model in higher vocational colleges is also deepening.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the training of communication technology professionals,itconstructs a diversified talent training model of tutoring,information-based learning and certification supervision,carries out parallel teaching of“personalized career development”and“industry chain job adaptation”to improve classroom efficiency and teaching quality,and lay a foundation for the training of higher vocational communication professionals who meet the requirements of the times.
