摘要
为响应航海高职院校以就业为导向的办学思路,适应复合型、应用型人才培养目标,部分通用英语教师转型为专业英语教师。但转型教师在发展中遇到了身份焦虑、迷失的现象。本文分析了身份认同研究对教师发展的重要性,结合作者及同事亲身经历探讨了教师转型中遇到的困惑和挑战,介绍了帮助教师身份重构的实践途径。转型教师应积极自我调适,系统学习核心专业课程知识,减少专业和技能差距;学校和企业也应给予政策扶持和资金投入等,帮助转型教师转型发展。
In response to the employment-oriented educational reform in maritime higher vocational colleges,some teachers have been transformed from EGP to ESP,but teachers have experienced identity anxiety and loss in their development. This paper analyzed the importance of identity research on teacher development,discussed the confusion and challenges encountered during the transformation based on the author’ s and colleagues’ personal experience,and introduced the practical approaches to help teacher identity reconstruction. Teachers should actively adjust themselves,take the initiative to learn professional technical knowledge,reduce the professional and skills gap;Schools and enterprises provide policy support and capital investment. Internal and external factors should combine.
