论新乡贤出场的法治基础、治理体系与运作过程——一种法社会学视阈下的乡村治理新路径探微

Research on the Governance Law Foundation,Governance System and Operation Process of the Appearance of New Rural Elites——A New Approach to Rural Governance from the Perspective of the Sociology of Law

在推进乡村振兴新背景下,中国乡村利益关系出现新的变化、利益结构出现新的调整、社会关系更趋复杂化、乡村社会矛盾也出现多样化,乡村经济与社会治理面临新的挑战。在应对新时期乡村社会治理的过程中出现了新的治理主体——新乡贤,他们广泛参与乡村治理,产生了积极效应。及时对新乡贤乡村治理的法治基础、治理体系、治理过程进行理论提升,有利于创新乡村治理思维,丰富乡村治理实践。

Under the new context of reform and opening up and rural revitalization,there are new changes from China’s rural interest relations,the new adjustment in the interest structure,complications among the social relations,diversities of rural social contradictions,which make the rural economy and social governance face new challenges.On this background,the new rural elites,as the new subjects,appeared in rural social governance and entered into extensive rural governance,which has produced positive effects.Therefore,it is conducive to innovate the rural governance thinking and enrich the rural governance practice if we timely improve the theories on the legal basis,governance system,and governance process of the rural governance by the new rural elites.
