摘要
针对天然气调压站与加氢站电、冷、热产需互补性特点,提出将两站能源系统融合为一体,构建能源生产、回收与综合利用的工艺技术方案,即回收调压站压力能转换为电力与冷能输送至加氢站使用,实现互惠互补、节能降耗的双赢目标。分析加氢站的用能需求和天然气调压站的压力能资源,提出能源供应系统集成技术方案。介绍该方案的系统流程、主要设备、电力生产与利用、冷能生产与配送、调压、能量生产与利用原则、系统拓展。
In view of the complementary characteristics of electricity,cold and heat production demand between natural gas regulator station and hydrogen refueling station,it is proposed to integrate the energy systems of the two stations into one to construct a process technology plan for energy production,recovery and comprehensive utilization,that is,the pressure energy of the regulator station is recovered and converted into electric power and cold energy,which is transmitted to hydrogen refueling station for use,so as to achieve the win-win goal of mutual benefit and complementarity,energy saving and consumption reduction.The energy demand of hydrogen refueling station and the pressure energy resources of natural gas regulator station are analyzed,and the integration technology scheme of energy supply system is put forward.The system flow,main equipment,power production and utilization,cold energy production and distribution,pressure regulation,energy production and utilization principles and system expansion are introduced.
