摘要
结合某数据中心项目,通过实际操作调试,阐述了10 kV柴油发电机并机系统及控制逻辑。项目设置12台10 kV柴油发电机,采用双母线并机运行系统,两段并机母线互为热备,作为数据中心的后备电源;在柴油发电机并机控制室A和B分别设置一套柴油发电机并机配电柜、并机控制系统及接地控制柜并冗余。在实际工程设计中,需结合项目特性及业主需求等因素,来制定合理供电架构及系统运行方案。
Combined with a data center project and through actual operation and debugging,this paper expounds the parallel system and control logic of 10 kV diesel generator.12 sets of 10 kV diesel generator are set up in the project.The dual-bus parallel operation system is adopted,and the two-section parallel bus are each other’s thermal backup as the backup power supply for the data center.A set of diesel generator parallel power distribution cabinet,parallel control system and grounding control cabinet is set up respectively in the diesel generator parallel control room A and B.In the actual engineering design,it is necessary to combine the characteristics of the project and the requirements of the owners and other factors to formulate a reasonable power supply framework and system operation scheme.
