摘要
人才是驱动创新的根本动力,独立学院如何区别于其他高校,结合自身优势,培养出适应时代需要的高素质人才是值得探究的问题。文章提出了独立学院工科人才关键能力的具体内容,从专业能力、社会意识、可持续发展力等方面进行了论述,并结合广陵学院现状提出思考和建议,以期在新工科人才培养中发挥作用。
Talents are the fundamental driving force of innovation.It is worth exploring how independent colleges to cultivate highquality talents to meet the needs of the times with their own advantages that distinguish the other colleges.This paper puts forward the specific content of the key ability of engineering talents in independent colleges,and discusses it from the aspects of professional ability,social awareness,sustainable development,then puts forward some suggestions and thoughts in combination with the current situation of Guangling College,in order to play a role in the cultivation of New Engineering talents.
