国家在场与现实情怀——中国共产党的百年文艺政策与中国舞蹈艺术的当代话语建构

The Centenary Literature and Art Policy of the Communist Party of China and the Contemporary Discourse Construction of Chinese Dance Art

文艺对国家治理具有或大或小、或好或坏的影响。作为一个动态的信息反馈过程,文艺政策的制定和实施,必须从文艺实践出发,以文艺理论研究为依据,从而达到对文艺的科学认识和引导。自从1921年中国共产党成立以来,党的文艺政策就深刻影响了传统舞蹈的现代转型以及现代舞蹈艺术类型的形成与丰富;与此同时,当代舞蹈艺术也自始至终进行着历史叙述、革命叙写与文化叙意。不同历史时期的舞蹈叙事话语都不是以纯粹审美修辞的单一维度展开的,它们分别肩负了不同的意识形态的社会审美、文化审美和艺术审美:“延安文艺”及至新中国“十七年”,舞蹈为巩固现实政权的合理、合法性提供了文化认同、国家认同的形象依据;新时期舞蹈回归本体,接续“社会主义现实主义”的文艺传统,探索国家发展的前途;新世纪舞蹈在全球化的思想激荡中,展现出与体现中国特色社会主义文化艺术内涵的丰富实践;新时代舞蹈为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,坚守传统,“以人民为中心”,生动阐释和表现了中国精神、中国价值、中国气派。百年来,秉承五四新文化运动和马克思列宁主义文艺思想,党的文艺百花园虽然生机盎然,但也存有问题困惑:在全球一体化、文化多元化、信息数字化的时代,有中国特色社会主义文艺应有怎样的形态?在传统主导文化、精英文化与当代大众文化交融的历史关头,党的文艺政策应秉持怎样的原则?在文化事业大繁荣、大发展,从“文化大国”向“文化强国”转变之际,应树立怎样的文化领导权?这些问题的回答,必将指引并伴随着我们的艺术实践与理论思辨。100年前,党的诞生,让民族的、科学的、大众的“中华民族的新文化”抽芽、成长,最终汇聚成唤醒工农战胜强敌的时代洪流;100年后,党的文艺政策、当代舞蹈艺术的发展也必将凝聚成13亿人民走向民族复兴的伟大力量。

The influence of literature and art is large or small,or good or bad on national rule.As a dynamic information feedback process,the formulation and implementation of literature and art policies must proceed from the practice of literature and art,based on the study of literature and art theory,so as to achieve scientific understanding and guidance of literature and art.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China in 1921,the Party’s literary and artistic policies have deeply influenced the modern transformation of traditional dance and the formation and enrichment of modern dance art types.At the same time,contemporary dance art has also carried out historical narration,revolutionary narration and cultural narration from beginning to end.
