氧化喷枪布局对脱硫塔搅拌池空气分布均匀性的影响

摘要 为研究氧化喷枪布局对脱硫塔气液搅拌池空气分布均匀性的影响,对5种氧化喷枪布局中的气液搅拌池两相流场进行了数值模拟。结果表明:前置型和下置型布局增强了氧化空气水平方向运动能力,使其分布范围更广;下置型布局中氧化空气在搅拌池中停留时间更长,且氧化空气与搅拌射流混合后被打散成多股气流,分散程度更佳;下置型布局中气相体积分数大于10%区域体积最大,约分别为前置型和后置型布局中的2倍,且远大于左置型和右置型布局中的。经综合比较后可知,下置型布局优于其他4种布局。 In order to study the influence of air-lance layout on the uniformity of air distribution in the gas-liquid stirred tank of desulfurization absorber,two-phase flow field of gas-liquid stirred tank with five types of air-lance layout was simulated.The results showed that the prefixal layout and underneath-type layout enhanced the horizontal motion ability of oxidation air,causing wider distribution range.The underneath-type layout resulted in longer residence time of oxidation air in the stirrer tank.The oxidation air mixed with the stirring jet was dispersed into multiple strands of air flow,and the better degree of dispersion was achieved.Area volume with a gas volume fraction greater than 10%of the underneath-type layout ranked the highest,which was twice as high as the prefixal layout and post-type layout.It was far greater than that of the left-hand layout and righthand layout.By the comprehensive comparison,the underneath-type layout was superior to the other ones.
