摘要
从优化试验系统设计角度对冷、热冲击测试平台进行工程设计,对泵闭式试验系统高、低温瞬态特性进行测试分析,应用计算流体力学(CFD)软件Fluent对运行过程中的热冲击测试平台中泵入口前三通管内流场进行了热冲击过程模拟计算,从工程设计角度提高了测试平台测量截面流速和压力的准确性,减少了由装置所引起的不利流态,通过合理设计测试平台实现进一步提高测试平台整体测量精度的目的。
The engineering design of test platform for the cold and thermal shock was performed in view of the design optimization of the test system.In terms of low-and high-temperature transient characteristic analysis of the closed pump test system,the simulation of the internal flow field of inlet pump tee pipe in this test platform during thermal shock process was conducted via the Fluent software.The measurement accuracy of both velocity and pressure at the cross section in this test platform can be improved.The occurrence of undesired flow regimes can be reduced.Therefore,the overall measurement accuracy of the test platform can be further improved via its reasonable design.
