摘要
目的分析某煤矿井下综采面新增云喷雾系统降尘设施,对井下综采面各关键点煤尘浓度(总尘和呼尘)进行检测,从而为煤矿选择降尘设施提供科学依据。方法依据《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》(GBZ 159-2004)等标准检测和采样规范中的方法,对各个关键点煤尘的浓度进行采样检测与分析。结果正常生产过程中,开启云喷雾设施后,煤尘浓度有了显著下降,总尘降尘率为9.4%~49.7%,呼尘降尘率为2.7%~54.3%。其中破碎机出口后1 m处降尘最为显著,总尘和呼尘降尘率分别为49.7%、54.3%。结论新增云喷雾降尘系统降尘效果显著,能够很好地抑制整个综采工作面煤尘浓度。
Objective To analyze the new cloud spray system dust reduction facilities in the underground coal mining face of a coal mine, and to detect the coal dust concentration(total dust and breathing dust) at key points of the underground coal mining face, so as to provide a scientific basis for the coal mine to choose the dust reduction facilities.Methods According to the Sampling Code for Monitoring Hazardous Substances in the Workplace Air(GBZ 159-2004) and other standard testing and sampling methods, the concentration of coal dust at each key point was sampled and analyzed.Results In the normal production process, after opening the cloud spray facility, the coal dust concentration has decreased significantly, the total dust reduction rate was 9.4%-49.7%, and the dust reduction rate was 2.7%-54.3%. Among them, the dust reduction at the point 1 m after the crusher exit was the most significant, and the total dust and dust dust reduction rates were 49.7% and 54.3%, respectively.Conclusion The newly added cloud spray dust reduction system has a significant dust reduction effect, which can well suppress the coal dust concentration of the fully mechanized mining face.
