2019年揭阳市重点行业工作场所职业危害因素检测结果分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的通过对揭阳市126家重点行业工作场所职业危害因素监测与现场调查结果,了解该市重点行业工作场所职业危害现状,为行业监管提供参考建议。方法根据2019年揭阳市工作场所职业病危害监测项目对126家企业进行监测与现场调查。结果该市重点行业存在主要职业危害因素为矽尘与噪声。矽尘工作场所总尘超标率为18.18%,呼尘超标率为15.43%;工作岗位总尘超标率为18.67%,呼尘超标率为14.13%。工作场所噪声超85 dB(A)点数构成比为26.46%;工作岗位超标率为20.54%。职业健康体检结果矽尘体检异常率0.05%;噪声体检异常率为1.24%;化学毒物体检异常率为0.14%。结论该市重点行业职业卫生管理现状严峻。潜在职业病危害风险多。应健全职业病防治监管队伍,抓住关键环节岗位,促使企业职业病防治主体责任落实。 Objective Through monitoring and field investigation results of occupational hazards in 126 key industries in Jieyang city, the status quo of occupational hazards in key industries in jieyang city is understood, and some suggestions are provided for industry supervision.Methods According to the 2019 Jieyang City Workplace Occupational Hazard Monitoring Project, 126 enterprises were monitored and investigated on site.Results Silicon dust and noise were the main occupational hazard factors in key industries in the city. The over-standard rate of total dust and exhalation dust was 18.18% and 15.43% respectively in silica dust workplace. The excess rate of total dust was 18.67% and the excess rate of exhaled dust was 14.13%. The composition ratio of workplace noise over 85 dB(A) points was 26.46%;The rate of jobs exceeding the standard was 20.54%. The abnormal rate of silica dust in occupational health examination was 0.05%. The abnormal rate of noise examination was 1.24%. The abnormal rate of chemical toxicant physical examination was 0.14%.Conclusion The current situation of occupational health management in key industries of the city is severe. The risk of potential occupational hazards is high. The supervision team of occupational disease prevention and control should be improved, and the key positions should be grasped to promote the implementation of the main responsibility of occupational disease prevention in enterprises.
