小保当一号煤矿主斜井带式输送机智能调速电控系统设计 被引量:23

摘要 针对煤矿现有大多数主斜井带式输送机变频调速系统节能效果不明显,没有实现带速与运量合理匹配等问题,提出了基于智能调速的主斜井带式输送机电控系统设计方法。小保当一号煤矿主斜井带式输送机电控系统采用远程调节接口和高压变频器控制技术,根据实时采集煤流量进行智能调速,最大程度地降低了煤矿主煤流运输系统(含单条主斜井带式输送机)的空载和轻载运行率,从而显著降低能耗,延长了设备使用寿命。文章介绍了小保当一号煤矿主斜井带式输送机电控系统的构成,详细阐述了各子系统设备的功能特点,对煤矿主斜井带式输送机电控系统的工程设计具有一定借鉴意义。 Aiming at the problems that the energy saving effect is not obvious in most current coal mine main inclined shaft belt conveyor with frequency conversion speed control system, and the reasonable matching of belt speed and transportation volume is not realized, the design method of intelligent speed control electric control system of main inclined shaft belt conveyor is proposed. Remote control interface and high-voltage frequency converter control technology are adopted in the electric control system of main inclined shaft belt conveyor in Xiaobaodang No.1 Coal Mine, which can regulate the speed intelligently according to the real-time collected coal flow data, thus to reduce the no-load and light load operation rate of main inclined shaft belt conveyor system(including single main inclined shaft belt conveyor) to the greatest extent, and significantly reducing energy consumption and prolong the service life. The composition of the electric control system of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor in Xiaobaodang No.1 Coal Mine is introduced, and the functional characteristics of each subsystem equipment is expounded in detail, which can offer references for electric control system design of main inclined shaft belt conveyor in coal mine.
