小煤窑空巷影响下采煤工作面矿压显现规律研究 被引量:10

摘要 因小煤窑无序开采而形成大面积的残存空巷,使得工作面在揭露小煤窑空巷过程中会出现顶板来压大,支承压力大等问题,严重影响了工作面的回采效率。针对该问题,以崔家寨矿1号煤层E13103工作面为工程研究背景,通过理论计算、数值模拟、现场矿压实测等方法对工作面过小煤窑空巷前后过程的支承压力、煤柱稳定性、顶板结构、支架工作阻力等进行研究分析,揭示了工作面支承压力分布对小煤窑空巷及工作面顶板的影响,掌握了工作面过空巷时顶板的破断规律及支承压力分布规律,得到了工作面在揭露空巷前7m到10m的区间内工作面支护阻力最大,需加强支护。同时为工作面两巷超前支护距离的确定、防止工作面围岩动力灾害的发生以及工作面快速安全推过小煤窑空巷提供了理论借鉴。 Due to the disordered mining of small coal mines, large areas of remnant abandoned roadways are formed, causing problems such as large roof pressure and high supporting pressure when exposing abandoned roadways of small coal mines, which seriously affects the mining efficiency. Aiming at this problem, the E13103 face of No.1 coal seam in Cuijiazhai Mine is taken as the research background. Through theoretical calculation, numerical simulation, and on-site mine pressure measurement, the supporting pressure and coal pillars of the face are measured before and after exposing the small coal mine roadway. The stability, roof structure, support working resistance are studied, and the influence of face abutment pressure distribution on small coal mine roadway and working face roof are revealed, and the law of roof breaking and abutment pressure distribution when working face advances through abandoned roadway is obtained, which indicate that the support resistance maximizes when the working face is 7 m to 10 m in front of the abandoned roadway, where support reinforcement is needed. The study can provide theoretical references for determining the advance support distance between the two lanes of working face, preventing dynamic disasters of the surrounding rock of the panel, and advancing working face efficiently and safely through abandoned roadways of small coal mines.
