注意缺陷多动障碍儿童血清维生素D水平分析

Analysis of serum vitamin D levels in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

目的初步分析注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)儿童血清D族维生素水平,以及不同亚型ADHD儿童之间血清维生素D水平是否存在差异。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月于苏州大学附属儿童医院儿童保健科就诊,经过一系列检查评估并最终确诊为ADHD的儿童295例,并进行分型。另选取同期在儿童保健科进行健康体检的同年龄段儿童271例,作为正常对照组。采用电化学法测定两组儿童血清中维生素D水平。结果ADHD组中血清维生素D水平均低于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ADHD组维生素D缺乏的比例较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同类型ADHD儿童血清维生素D水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ADHD儿童血清维生素D水平低于正常对照组。对于ADHD患儿应注重血清维生素D水平的监测并及时补充,也许对ADHD预防及病情恢复能够起到促进作用。

Objective To preliminarily analyze the serum vitamin D levels of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)and the differences in serum vitamin D levels among children with different subtypes of ADHD.Methods We selected a total of 295 children diagnosed with ADHD after a series of examinations and assessments in the Department of Child Health Care,Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University from January 2019 to December 2019.And they were classified into different types.Another 271 children of the same age,who underwent physical examination in the Department of Child Health Care during the same period,were selected as the normal control group.Their serum vitamin D levels were determined by electrochemical method.Results The level of serum vitamin D in ADHD group was lower than that in normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of vitamin D deficiency was higher in the ADHD group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the serum vitamin D level among children with different types of ADHD(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum vitamin D in children with ADHD are lower than those in normal controls.For children with ADHD,emphasis should be laid on the monitoring and timely supplement of serum vitamin D,which may play a promoting role in the prevention and recovery of ADHD.
