家长对儿童牙科全身麻醉手术的接受度及影响因素调查

A survey of parents’acceptance of dental general anesthesia in children and factors influencing the acceptance

目的探讨家长对儿童牙科全身麻醉手术(dental general anesthesia,DGA)接受度的相关影响因素。方法调查问卷收集734位就诊于我院儿童牙病科患儿的家长信息,采用描述性和多因素Logistic回归的方法分析数据。结果仅有25.89%的家长在此次调查前知晓DGA;40.33%的家长表示愿意接受牙科全麻手术。此前知晓DGA或孩子曾接受过DGA的家长更容易接受DGA(OR=2.65,95%CI:1.81~3.87;OR=3.75,95%CI:1.89~7.45);孩子的年龄与配合程度也影响着家长对全麻手术的接受度(OR=1.76,95%CI:1.23~2.52;OR=2.52,95%CI:1.12~5.66)。结论对DGA的认知度和孩子的DGA经历为影响家长对DGA接受度的主要因素;提示应该大力开展DGA的相关科普项目,普及大众对此的认识。

Objective To explore parents’acceptance of dental general anesthesia(DGA)in children and relevant factors influencing such acceptance.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the information of 734 parents of children treated in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry of our hospital,and the data were analyzed by descriptive method and multivariate Logistic regression.Results Only 25.89%of the parents knew about DGA before this survey and 40.33%of parents expressed their willingness to accept DGA.Parents who previously knew about DGA or whose children had previously received DGA were more likely to accept DGA(OR=2.65,95%CI:1.81~3.87;OR=3.75,95%CI:1.89~7.45).Children’s age and cooperation also affected parents’acceptance of DGA(OR=1.76,95%CI:1.23~2.52;OR=2.52,95%CI:1.12~5.66).Conclusion The awareness of DGA and children’s DGA experience were the main factors affecting parents’acceptance of DGA.It suggests that we should vigorously carry out science dissemination projects on DGA to improve the public’s recognition of it.
