“城市双修”背景下的旧工业区改造规划研究--以合肥市东部新中心西部地块为例

Research on Reconstruction Planning of Old Industrial Zone under the Background of Urban Double Repair——A Case of the Western Block of East New Center in Hefei

随着经济社会的快速发展,我国正式进入“新常态”化发展阶段,城市从注重经济增量发展转向更加注重“存量挖掘”的转型时代。在城市的快速更新过程中,旧工业地段的发展问题显得尤为严重,由于其特殊的地理位置,土地更新潜力巨大,因此旧工业区改造规划研究极其重要。本文引入“城市双修”的理念,以合肥市东部新中心西部地块为例,从城市修补和生态修复两个层面,对城市的经济社会、功能结构、公共服务设施、交通及城市生态等方面进行探索,并提出城市旧工业地块可持续性的更新策略。

With the rapid development of economy and society,China has officially entered the"new normal"development stage,and cities have shifted from paying attention to economic incremental development to paying more attention to"stock mining".In the process of rapid urban renewal,the development of old industrial areas is particularly serious.Because of its special geographical location,the land renewal potential is huge,so it is very important to study the transformation planning of old industrial areas.In this paper,the concept of"urban double repair"is introduced.Taking the western block of East New Center in Hefei as an example,from the aspects of urban repair and ecological restoration,this paper explores and puts forward the sustainable renewal strategy of urban old industrial blocks in terms of economic society,functional structure,public service facilities,transportation and urban ecology.
