旧城改造背景下的老旧街区绿色重构价值评定研究--以西安创业咖啡街区为例

Study on Green Reconstruction Value Estimation of Old Neighborhoods under the Background of Urban Renewal——A Case of Chuangye Coffee Block in Xi’an

本文针对老旧街区重构过程中出现的资源浪费、环保性低、不符合绿色发展要求等问题,提出老旧街区绿色重构价值评定的概念,同时构建老旧街区绿色重构价值评定体系,建立价值评定模型,并以西安创业咖啡街区为例进行价值评定模型论证,以期为老旧街区绿色重构工作提供参考借鉴。

In view of the problems of waste of resources,low environmental protection,and non-compliance with the requirements of green development in the process of old blocks reconstruction,this paper puts forward the concept of green reconstruction value evaluation of old blocks,and at the same time constructs a green reconstruction value evaluation system for the old blocks.Then it establishes a value evaluation model,and uses Xi’an Chuangye Coffee Block as an example to demonstrate the value evaluation model,hoping to provide a reference for the green reconstruction work of old neighborhoods.
