西安城镇集中建设区内村庄发展方向评价

Evaluation on the Development Direction of Villages in Xi’an Urban Centralized Construction Area

随着西安城市建设的快速推进,西安城市建设范围内的村庄数量正在不断减少。位于西安城市建设范围内的西安城镇集中建设区内村庄的内部资源与价值遭到严重忽视,被当作建设“底图”进行无差别式拆除。本文以实现城市与乡村的多元融合、保护村庄乡土景观文化资源为目标,从上位规划和村庄自身资源条件分析得出未来西安城镇集中建设区内村庄发展的六大功能,以每个功能为目标构建了由“目标—要素—指标”构成的多层次乡村发展方向评价指标体系,并依据评价结果对西安城镇集中建设区内村庄进行分类并提出规划引导建议。

With the rapid development of urban construction in Xi’an,the number of villages within the scope of Xi’an urban construction is decreasing.The resources and value of villages in Xi’an concentrated urban construction area within the scope of urban construction in Xi’an have been seriously ignored,and the villages are taken as the base map for the undifferentiated demolition.In order to realize the multiple integration of urban and rural areas and protect the rural landscape and cultural resources,this paper analyzes the upper planning and the village’s own resource conditions to draw six functions of the future development of villages in Xi’an urban centralized construction area,and constructs a multi-level evaluation index system of rural development direction composed of"targets,elements and indexes".According to the evaluation results,the future development direction of villages in Xi’an urban centralized construction area is classified,and different planning guidance suggestions are put forward according to different types.
