日本城市收缩的形成机制与复兴策略研究

Study on Formation Mechanism and Regeneration Strategy of Urban Contraction in Japan

全球化背景下经济变迁所引起的城市人口结构变动、人口规模减小、失去活力的城市收缩现象,已经成为全球城市变革的重要形式之一。当前,我国城市收缩处于起步阶段,因为日本城市化发展过程与我国有相似性,所以本文通过研究日本富山市、旭川市为了应对城市收缩引发的一系列社会经济问题,尝试构建多样化的未来城市形态和复兴策略,推动城市空间重组,从而实现城市收缩的可持续发展的案例,对日本城市收缩的形成机制和复兴策略进行归纳总结,并对中国在快速城镇化时期应对凸显的或潜伏的城市收缩现象提出了积极建议。

Under the background of globalization,the phenomenon of urban population structure change,population scale decrease and urban shrinkage which are caused by economic changes has become one of the important forms of global urban transformation.At present,the urban contraction in our country is in the initial stage.Japans’urbanization process is similar with that in our country.So this paper studies the Toyama City and Asahikawa City in Japan to cope with a series of social and economic problems caused by urban contraction,tries to build diversified future urban form and rejuvenation strategy,promotes urban spatial restructuring,so as to realize the sustainable development of city contraction.Then the paper summarizes the formation mechanism and recovery strategies of urban contraction in Japan and puts forward positive suggestions for the prominent or potential urban contraction phenomenon in the period of fast urbanization in China.
