摘要
我国乡村小规模学校长期存在,但目前由于资源匮乏、教育质量低下而陷入发展困境。“在地化教育”“复式教学”等改革措施给其带来了发展契机。本文研究将学校发展置于乡村振兴背景下,将社区文教服务纳入学校的功能范畴,与乡村基础教育改革同步或超前进行,研究乡村小规模学校的职能更新、功能构成发展和校园布局模式。进而提出适应乡村教学发展的教学空间及相应的建设标准。根据既有乡村小规模学校现状,提出类型化的更新策略。办好乡村小规模学校是我国基础教育的托底工程,是阻断贫困代际传递的核心途径,具有重大社会意义。研究涉及11万所乡村小规模学校的更新、改造工作,具有很好的理论意义和经济价值。
Small-scale elementary schools in rural areas will exist for a long time,but they are in a development dilemma due to lack of resources and low quality of education.The reform measures such as"place-based teaching"and"combined instruction"bring it development opportunities.This paper places the school development under the context of rural revitalization,and includes community cultural and educational services into the functional areas of schools,and synchronizes with or advances the reform of rural basic education.This paper studies the function renewal,function composition development and campus layout mode of small-scale rural elementary schools.Then it puts forward the teaching space and the corresponding construction standards that are adaptable to the rural development.According to the current situation of the existing rural small-scale elementary schools,the typified updating strategy is put forward.To run the rural small-scale elementary schools well is the foundation project of our basic education and the core way to break the intergenerational transmission of poverty,which has great social significance.The study involves the renovation and reconstruction of 110000 rural smallscale elementary schools,which is of great theoretical significance and economic value.
