摘要
实践教学平台建设是保障建筑与交通工程领域人才实践能力培养的根本,是面向新一代现场工程师培养的关键。以2035年建筑与交通工程领域工程技术快递发展这一时代背景为基础,面向新一代现场工程师的工程实践能力培养为指引,分析了建筑与交通工程领域实践教学现状,探讨了这一领域新一代现场工程师的基本要求,指出了建设新一代现场工程师培养实践平台的必要性,论证了新一代现场工程师培养实践平台建设的可行性,对面向2035年建筑与交通工程领域人才的工程实践应用能力培养具有一定的意义。
The construction of practice teaching platform is the foundation to ensure the cultivation of practical ability of talents in the field of construction and traffic engineering and the key to the training of a new generation of field engineers.Based on the background of the development of engineering technology in the field of construction and traffic engineering in the year of 2035,this paper analyzes the present situation of practice teaching in the field of construction and traffic engineering,discusses the basic requirements of the new generation of field engineers in the field of construction and traffic engineering,discusses the necessity and feasibility of building a new generation of field engineers training practice platform,which is of great significance to the cultivation of engineering practical application ability for talents in the field of construction and traffic engineering in 2035.
