摘要
“半导体可靠性工程”是本校微电子相关专业研究生的重要专业课之一。由于传统的课堂讲授模式存在诸多弊端,课程组在深入调研和问题梳理的基础上,以培养学生创新意识和创新能力为目标,探索了适用于本课程的具有交互性、实践性、启发性的教学方法。利用教师与学生的互动,使学生从被动学习变为主动学习;利用经典案例分析,加强课程的生动性;利用实验观摩和参与等实践环节,将理论与实际相结合。课程改革有效地提高了课程教学质量和本校研究生培养质量。
Semiconductor Reliability Engineering is one of the important postgraduate courses for microelectronics-related majors in our university.In order to get rid of the disadvantages of the traditional classroom teaching model,the course group explored the interactive,practical and enlightening teaching methods suitable for this course on the basis of in-depth investigation and problem sorting,aiming at cultivating students’innovative consciousness and ability.The interaction between teachers and students makes students change from passive learning to active learning.With the help of classic case analysis,the students are more active.The combination of theory and practice is achieved through the experimental observation and participation.The curriculum reform has effectively improved the quality of teaching and postgraduate training.
