摘要
党的十九大对高等学校人才培养提出培养社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人的明确要求,但当前高校德育实践体系的建立却严重滞后,这对于我国高校培养高素质人才有较大的阻碍,在我国的社会主义核心价值体系建设中也埋下了隐患。通过分析当前高校德育实践体系的现状,挖掘制约德育实践开展的相关因素,探究高校德育实践工作遇到的问题,提出高校德育实践改进措施,目的在于使广大青年学生能够更好地适应社会发展和建设社会主义强国的需要。
The 19th CPC National Congress put forward that we should cultivate qualified construction and reliable successors for socialist cause.However,the current moral education in colleges and universities still lag behind seriously.It’s not only a great obstacle to the cultivation of high-quality talents in colleges and universities,but also presents a hazard for the safety of socialist core value system.This paper analyzes the current situation of the moral education in colleges and universities,and finds the reasons of the lagging of moral education.This paper puts forward the improvement measures for the moral education practice in colleges and universities.The purpose is to enable the majority of young students to better adapt to the development of society and the needs of building a powerful socialist country in the future.
