“人工智能+法律”复合型人才培养路径探究

Exploration on the Training Path of Compound Talents in Artificial Intelligence and Law in China

人工智能技术是人类科技发展的产物,与人类生活息息相关,随着这一科技的飞速发展,人工智能已经在国内外推广并广泛应用于法律实践中。为了更好地满足未来人工智能时代的需求,国家对教育行业提出“人工智能+法律”复合型专业人才培养这一新模式。基于人工智能对我国现行法学教育的种种挑战,我国法学教育体系亟须从人才培养理念、培养方案、课程体系等多个方面进行了探寻和革新,以便培养高层次的法律人才,满足人工智能快速发展的需要。

Artificial intelligence has been popularized and applied in the field of legal practice at home and abroad.In order to better adapt to the future needs of the era of artificial intelligence,our country proposes a new model which combines professional training of artificial intelligence and law.Based on the challenges to the current legal education in China,it is urgent to explore and reform the legal education system in China from the aspects of teaching ideas and teaching contents in order to cultivate high-level legal talents to meet the needs of the rapid development of artificial intelligence.
