中草药添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清生化指标和免疫指标的影响

Effect of Chinese herbal medicine additives on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,serum biochemical index and immune index of weaned piglets

试验研究中草药添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率、养分表观消化率、血清生化指标和免疫指标的影响。将120头断奶仔猪随机分成4个处理组(对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组),每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.1%、0.5%、1.0%的中草药添加剂。试验期35 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组仔猪的末重、粗蛋白质表观消化率、总蛋白、白蛋白、葡萄糖、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白介素-2(IL-2)含量均显著升高(P<0.05),料重比、腹泻率均显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组仔猪的末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、粗蛋白质表观消化率、粗脂肪表观消化率、粗纤维表观消化率、中性洗涤纤维表观消化率、酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率、钙表观消化率及总蛋白、白蛋白、葡萄糖、IgG、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、IL-2含量均显著升高(P<0.05),料重比、腹泻率、尿素氮含量、胆固醇含量、碱性磷酸酶活性均显著降低(P<0.05)。与试验Ⅰ组相比,试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组仔猪的末重、粗蛋白质表观消化率、粗脂肪表观消化率及总蛋白、白蛋白、葡萄糖、IgG含量均显著升高(P<0.05),腹泻率均显著降低(P<0.05)。试验表明,断奶仔猪饲粮中添加不同剂量的中草药添加剂均能够改善断奶仔猪的生长性能、腹泻率、养分表观消化率、血清生化指标和免疫指标,选择临床使用剂量为0.5%。

The experiment studied the effect of Chinese herbal medicine additives on growth performance,diarrhea rate,nutrient apparent digestibility,serum biochemical index and immune index of weaned piglets.120 weaned piglets were randomly divided into four treatment groups(control group,experimental groupⅠ,experimental groupⅡand experimental groupⅢ),with three replicates in each group and ten piglets in each replicate.The piglets in control group were fed with basic diet,and the piglets in experimental groupⅠ,experimental groupⅡand experimental groupⅢwere fed the basic diet with 0.1%,0.5%and 1.0%of Chinese herbal medicine additives,respectively.The results showed that compared with control group,the final weight,crude protein apparent digestibility,total protein,albumint,glucose,IgG and IL-2 content of piglets in experimental groupⅠwere significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed to weight ratio and diarrhea rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the final weight,average daily gain,average daily feed intake,crude protein apparent digestibility,crude fat apparent digestibility,crude fiber apparent digestibility,neutral washing fiber apparent digestibility,acid detergent fiber apparent digestibility,calcium apparent digestibility,total protein,albumin,glucose,IgG,IgA,IL-2 content of piglets in experimental groupⅡ,Ⅲwere significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed to weight ratio,diarrhea rate,urea nitrogen,cholesterol and alkaline phosphatase content were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with experimental groupⅠ,the final weight,crude protein apparent digestibility,crude fat apparent digestibility,total protein,albumin,glucose,and IgG content of piglets in experimental groupⅡ,Ⅲwere significantly increased(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the growth performance,diarrhea rate,nutrient apparent digestibility,serum biochemical index and immune index of weaned piglets could be improved by adding different doses of Chinese herbal medicine additives in the diet of weaned piglets,and the clinical dosage was 0.5%.
