摘要
试验研究饲料中添加复合微藻对半滑舌鳎生长、体色及消化酶的影响。选择240尾初始体重为(147.5±2.5)g的半滑舌鳎幼鱼,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾。各组饵料中分别添加0、0.5%、1.0%和1.5%的复合微藻,分别记为C、M5、M10和M15组,其中C组为对照组。试验期60 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组幼鱼的增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率(PER)显著提高(P<0.05)。M10组幼鱼皮肤中类胡萝卜含量最高,显著高于C、M5组(P<0.05)。随着复合微藻添加量增加,试验组幼鱼胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性呈上升趋势,M10、M15组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。M10组淀粉酶活性较高,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。试验表明,在半滑舌鳎人工配合饲料中添加适量的复合微藻对半滑舌鳎生长有一定的促进作用,对体色以有一定增色效果,可以改善半滑舌鳎的消化能力。
The experiment studied the effect of adding compound microalgae in feed on the growth,body color and digestive enzymes of Cynoglossus semilaevis.240 Cynoglossus semilaevis with an initial weight of(147.5±2.5)g were selected and randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group and 20 fish in each replicate.Add 0,0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%of the compound microalgae to the feed of each group,and record them as group C,M5,M10 and M15,and C group was the control group.The test period was 60 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the weight gain rate,specific growth rate and protein efficiency(PER)of the test groups were significantly increase(P<0.05).The content of carotenoids in the skin in group M10 was the highest,which was significantly higher than that in group C and group M5(P<0.05).As the amount of addition increased,the trypsin and lipase activity in test groups showed an upward trend,and the group M10 and group M15 were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The activity of amylase in group M10 was higher,which was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding the appropriate amount of composite microalgae to the Cynoglossus semilaevis artificial compound feed has a certain promoting effect on the growth of Cynoglossus semilaevis,and has a certain color enhancement effect on body color.Adding compound microalgae to artificial compound feed can improve the digestive ability of Cynoglossus semilaevis.
