发酵中草药对肉兔生长性能、免疫功能和屠宰性能的影响 被引量:8

Effect of fermented Chinese herbal medicine on growth performance,immune function and slaughter traits of meat rabbits

摘要 试验旨在探讨发酵中草药对肉兔生长性能、免疫功能和屠宰性能的影响。选择240只体况健康、体重接近、遗传背景相同的48日龄新西兰兔,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复12只兔。对照组肉兔饲喂基础日粮,普通组肉兔饲喂基础日粮+1%未发酵黄艾散,发酵1组肉兔饲喂基础日粮+1%发酵黄艾散,发酵2组肉兔饲喂基础日粮+2%发酵黄艾散。试验期35 d,其中正式试验期30 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,发酵1组和发酵2组肉兔的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比和腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05),发酵1组和发酵2组肉兔的血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量、全净膛重均显著提高(P<0.05),发酵1组肉兔的半净膛重显著提高(P<0.05)。与普通组相比,发酵1组肉兔的平均日增重、胸腺指数、血清IgM含量显著提高(P<0.05),发酵2组IgG含量显著提高(P<0.05),腹泻率指数显著降低(P<0.05)。结果表明,在饲料里添加发酵黄艾散能够提高肉兔的生长性能、免疫功能和屠宰性能,添加1%发酵黄艾散较为理想。 The purpose of the experiment was to explore the effect of fermented Chinese herbal medicines on the growth performance,immune function and slaughter traits of meat rabbits.24048-day-old New Zealand rabbits with healthy body conditions,similar weights and the same genetic background were selected and randomly divided into four groups with five replicates in each group and 12 rabbits in each replicate.The rabbits in control group were fed with basal diet,the rabbits in ordinary group were fed with basal diet+1%unfermented Huang Ai San,the rabbits in fermented group 1 were fed with basal diet+1%fermented Huang Ai San,and the rabbits in fermentation group 2 were fed with basic diet+2%fermented Huang Ai San.The test period was 35 d,and the trial period was 30 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain of rabbit in fermentation group 1 and fermentation group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),the feed-to-weight ratio and diarrhea rate were significantly reduced(P<0.05),the serum IgG,IgM content,total eviscerated weight of rabbit in fermentation group 1 and fermentation group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the semi-eviscerated weight of rabbit in fermentation group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the averaged daily gain,thymus index and serum IgM content of rabbit in fermentation group 1 were significantly increased(P<0.05),IgG content of rabbit in fermentation group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and diarrhea rate index was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding fermented Huang Ai San to the feed can improve the growth performance,immune function and slaughter performance of meat rabbits,and adding 1%fermented Huang Ai San to the feed is ideal.
