摘要
食用菌菌糠含有丰富的营养物质,可以直接饲喂或生产菌糠发酵饲料和饲料添加剂,具有很高的饲料化利用价值和广阔的应用前景。将食用菌菌糠添加在畜禽饲料中,可以提高生产性能,改善抗氧化功能,促进肠道发育,改善畜禽产品品质,提高养殖经济效益。为促进食用菌菌糠在饲料生产中的广泛利用,文章对食用菌菌糠的营养价值和饲料化利用方式进行论述,并探讨其对动物生产和经济效益的影响,以期解决我国饲料原料短缺的困境。
Edible fungus bran is rich in nutrients,which can be directly fed or produced fermentation feed and feed additives,which has high feed utilization value and broad application prospect.Adding the edible fungus bran to livestock and poultry feed can improve the production performance,improve the anti-oxidation function,promote intestinal development,improve the quality of livestock and poultry products and improve the economic benefits of breeding.In order to promote the wide use of edible mushroom bran in feed production,the paper discussed the nutritional value and feed utilization mode of edible mushroom bran,and discussed its influence on animal production and economic benefits,in order to solve the problem of shortage of feed raw materials in China.
