益生菌促进蛋鸡肠道菌群平衡及生产性能的研究进展

Research progress on probiotics promoting gut microbiota balance and production performanceof laying hens

肠道菌群在维持肠道健康,提高蛋鸡生产性能中发挥重要作用。益生菌是一种活性微生物,可以调节蛋鸡肠道菌群平衡。益生菌的作用机制包括调控宿主免疫平衡,维持上皮屏障功能及竞争性地排除其他病原菌的定植等。文章根据近年来相关研究报道,对蛋鸡肠道菌群及其利用益生菌促进自身生产性能的作用进行综述,为更好地理解益生菌、肠道菌群和病原体之间的相互作用关系,改善禽类健康及生产性能提供参考依据。

Gut microbiota plays an important role in maintaining the healthy environment of gut and improving the performance of laying hens.Probiotics are active microorganisms that can regulate the balance of gut microbiota in laying hens.The mechanism of action of probiotics includes regulate the immune homeostasis of hosts,maintain the function of epithelial barriers,and eliminate the colonization of other pathogens competitively.The present study reviews the effect of gut microbiota and its potential associations with probiotics in laying hen performance according to several related literature.In order to better understand the relationships among probiotics,gut microbiota,and pathogen,it provides a reference for improving poultry health and performance.
