摘要
大豆浸出车间因正己烷、油脂和豆粕在生产过程中产生各种气味,需要处理后达标排放。以两条2500 t/d坯片浸出生产线为例,对碱洗+UV光解工艺处理异味废气的工艺流程、主要设备进行了介绍。实践表明,采用碱洗+UV光解工艺,脱臭效率达到98%以上,处理后废气达到GB 14554—1993和DB 12/524—2014排放要求。
Various odor is produced due to n-hexane,oil and soybean meal in the solvent extraction of soybean,which need to be treated to meet the standard emission.Taking two 2500 t/d soybean flake leaching production lines as example,the process flow and main equipment of the alkali washing+UV photolysis process for treating odorous exhaust gas were introduced.The practice showed that the deodorization efficiency reached more than 98%with the alkali washing+UV photolysis process,and the treated exhaust gas met the emission requirements of GB 14554—1993 and DB 12/524—2014.
