环保体系氧化铝注凝浆料的黏度及稳定性研究 被引量:2

摘要 注凝成型工艺是一种新型近净成形技术,其关键在于低黏度、高稳定性、高固含量浆料的制备。基于此,本研究以琼脂糖为交联剂制备水基无毒体系的氧化铝注凝浆料,研究了聚丙烯酸钠分散剂和柠檬酸分散剂的含量、浆料pH值及粘结剂聚乙烯醇的含量对浆料粘度和悬浮稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:聚丙烯酸钠分散剂比柠檬酸分散剂有更好的分散效果,当聚丙烯酸钠的添加量为1.0 wt%、浆料pH=8、聚乙烯醇含量为2 vol%时,浆料具有最佳的性能。将所配制的浆料注入模具后,可得复杂形状的素坯。 Gelcasting is a new near net shape technology.The key of this technology lies in the preparation of ceramic slurry with low viscosity,high stability and high solid content.In this paper,the agarose was used as crosslinking agent to prepare water-based non-toxic alumina gelcasting slurry.The effects of the content of dispersant(sodium polyacrylate and citric acid),pH of slurry,the content of binder(polyvinyl alcohol)on the stability and viscosity were investigated.The results showed that the dispersing effect of sodium polyacrylate is better than that of citric acid.The slurry achieved best performance at sodium polyacrylate content 1.0 wt%,pH=8 and polyvinyl alcohol content 2 vol%.The green bodies with complex shape can be obtained by using slurry prepared in this study.
