摘要
以氧化铁、硼砂、玻璃粉等为主要原料制备高温砂金釉。通过单因素实验法研究配方中氧化铁和硼砂的含量变化以及制备工艺中保温时间和保温温度的变化对釉结晶的影响。实验结果表明:当氧化铁与硼砂的用量分别为12.5%和9%,保温时间为120 min,保温温度为1180℃时,釉面获得良好"砂金"效果。通过SEM和XRD分析发现其釉面所呈现的砂金效果主要是由于析出Fe2O3晶体所致,其坯釉结合性良好。
The high-temperature gold dust glaze was prepared by using iron oxide,borax,glass powder and so on as major raw material.The influence of formula such as iron oxide,borax and preparation process like holding time,heat preservation temperature on the glaze crystallization was studied by single factor experiment method.The experimental results show that when the amounts of iron oxide and borax are 12.5%and 9%respectively,the holding time is 120 min,and the heat preservation temperature is 1180℃,the glaze obtains a good"placer gold"effect.Through the analysis of SEM and XRD to glaze,the reason why the surface of glaze presents"aventurine"effect was the precipitation of Fe2O3 crystals,and combination of body and glaze is favorable.
