早期母乳喂养联合母乳强化剂在低体重早产儿中应用效果调查

Investigation on the effect of early breast feeding combined with breast milk fortification in Low birth weight

目的调查低体重早产儿应用早期母乳喂养联合母乳强化剂的效果。方法选取2019年6月~2020年6月本院出生的低体重早产儿98例,将其按照出生的先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组给予早期母乳喂养,观察组在对照组基础上给予联合母乳强化剂喂养。对比两组早产儿生长发育状况及喂养情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组早产儿低体重、小头畸形、生长迟缓、消瘦、肥胖等发生率4.08%少于对照组32.65%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿感染发生率0.00%低于对照组2.04%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿喂养不耐受、坏死性小肠炎(NEC)、视网膜病变(ROP)、支气管发育(BPD)等发生率与对照组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在低体重早产儿中应用早期母乳喂养联合母乳强化剂取得显著的效果,促进低体重早产儿生长发育,减少或避免低体重期间感染的发生,维持良好的生长状态。

Objective To investigate the effect of early Low birth weight combined with breast milk fortification.Methods A total of 98 cases of Low birth weight from June 2019 to June 2020 were divided into control group and observation group according to their birth order, with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given early breast-feeding, the observation group was given the combination of breast-milk fortification based on the control group.The growth and development status, feeding condition and complication rate of premature infants were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of low body weight, Microcephaly, Growth Retardation, emaciation and obesity in the observation group was 4.08% lower than that in the control group(32.65%,P<0.05),and the incidence of infection in the observation group was 0.00% lower than that in the control group(2.04%),there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidences of feeding intolerance, necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC),retinopathy(Rop) and bronchial development(BPD) in the observation group were not statistically significant compared with the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early breast feeding combined with breast milk fortifier has a significant effect in promoting the growth and development of Low birth weight, reducing or avoiding the occurrence of infection during low body weight, and maintaining a good growth state in Low birth weight.
