还原型谷胱甘肽治疗对慢性乙肝患者肝功能、纤维化程度及生活质量的影响

Effects of reduced glutathione therapy on liver function, degree of fibrosis and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的探究还原型谷胱甘肽治疗对慢性乙肝患者肝功能、纤维化程度及生活质量的影响。方法患者选取来源2018年6月至2019年5月我院收治的慢性乙肝109例患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=56)与对照组(n=54),对照组采用常规抗病毒治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上使用还原型谷胱甘肽。观察治疗3个月后,比较两组患者的肝功能水平、纤维化程度的影响,以及生活质量的水平。结果治疗3个月后,两组患者ALT、AST、STB水平变化、HA、Ⅳ-C、LN、PCⅢ水平比较低于治疗前;且观察组ALT、AST、STB水平变化、HA、Ⅳ-C、LN、PCⅢ水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽联合常规抗病毒治疗可改善慢性乙肝患者肝功能、纤维化程度,提高患者生活质量,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of reduced glutathione therapy on liver function, degree of fibrosis and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods One hundred and nine 109 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were divided into the observation group(n=56) and the control group(n=54) according to the random number table.The control group received antiviral treatment, and the observation group received reduced glutathione on the basis of conventional treatment.After 3 months of observation and treatment, the liver function, fibrosis degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment, the changes of ALT,AST,STB levels, and HA,Ⅳ-C,LN,PCⅢ levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment;the changes of ALT,AST,STB levels, HA, Ⅳ-C,LN,PCⅢ levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the quality of life score of the two groups of patients was significantly higher than before treatment, the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduced glutathione combined with conventional antiviral therapy can improve the liver function, the fibrosis and the quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B with high safety.
