摘要
目的观察精神科护士层级培训工作情况,分析应用背景-评估-建议-沟通四位一体培训对层级培训质量影响。方法选取本院2019年9月~2020年9月在精神科工作的护士20名,根据入科时间将护士分为对照组和研究组。2019年9月~2020年2月为对照组10例实施常规培训模式,2020年3月~2020年8月为研究组10例实施行背景-评估-建议-沟通四位一体培训模式,对比护理人员核心胜任力、人文关怀能力、思维能力等层级培训质量指标。结果研究组护理人员培训完毕后护士人文关怀能力、核心胜任能力及临床护理思维能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精神科护士层级培训中接受背景-评估-建议-沟通四位一体培训模式带教,可有效增强其人文关怀能力、核心胜任力,提高临床护理思维能力,可在护理培训工作中应广泛推广。
Objective To observe the level training of psychiatric nurses, and analyze the effect of application background evaluation suggestion communication training on the quality of level training.From September 2019~September 2020,Nurses were divided into control group and study group according to admission time.Methods From September 2019~September 2020,Nurses were divided into control group and study group according to admission time.From September 2019~February 2020,March 2020~August 2020 for the study group of 10 cases to implement the background-assessment-recommendation-communication four-in-one training model, Compare the quality index of nursing staff′s core competence, humanistic care ability, thinking ability and so on.Results The humanistic care ability, core competence and clinical nursing thinking ability of nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The context context Evaluation Suggest communication model in the training of psychiatric nurses can effectively enhance their humanistic care ability, core competence and clinical nursing thinking ability, which should be widely promoted in the nursing training.
