摘要 为了更好地了解金钟藤的扩散机制,本试验对金钟藤种子萌发的环境因素进行研究,以野外采集的金钟藤种子为试验材料,比较种皮切损、光照、温度、干旱、自化感作用等不同因素对种子萌发的影响。结果表明,切损种皮能够显著促进种子的萌发;光照不改变种子的萌发率,但会影响种子萌发后根和芽的长度;28℃时种子萌发率最高,随着温度升高萌发率降低;PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫使得种子萌发率显著下降;高浓度的金钟藤叶片提取液阻碍了金钟藤种子的萌发。 To better understand the spread mechanism of M.boisiana,the environmental factors of the seed germination were studied in this experiment.The effects of different factors including seed coat cutting,light,temperature,drought and allelopathy on seed germination of M.boisiana were compared with the M.boisiana seeds collected from the field.The results showed that seed coat cutting could significantly promote the germination of M.boisiana seeds while the light did not change the germination rate of seeds but affected the length of roots and buds after seed germination.And,the seed germination rate reached the highest at 28℃,and decreased with the increase of temperature.The simulated drought stress with PEG-6000 solution significantly reduced seed germination rate,and the high concentration of the leaf extract hindered the germination of the seeds of M.boisiana.
