87份糯玉米自交系的遗传多样性分析 被引量:6

摘要 为了提高现有糯玉米种质资源的利用效率,充分认识福建省糯玉米自交系的遗传基础,探究糯玉米种质资源间的亲缘关系,利用国家玉米DUS测试使用的40个SSR核心标记,研究87份糯玉米自交系的遗传多样性,并对其进行聚类分析。结果表明,等位基因变异数位点一共检测到89个,检测的每对引物等位基因变异平均为2.23个,变异的范围是1~4个,多态性信息含量PIC平均为0.32,MAF值在0.44~0.94之间,Kinship系数为0的自交系占59.8%,聚类分析可初步将87份糯玉米群体划为4个类群,其中最大的以N 8为代表的69个自交系为Ⅰ群,N 37为代表的10个自交系为Ⅱ群,N 15为代表的5个自交系为Ⅲ群,N 65为代表的3个自交系为Ⅳ群。研究表明,福建省糯玉米自交系的遗传多样性较为丰富,通过分群分析明确了群体材料的利用价值。 In order to improve the utilization efficiency of the existing waxy corn germplasms,the genetic basis of the inbred lines of waxy corn in Fujian Province was fully evaluated,and the relationship among the germplasms of waxy corn was explored.Genetic diversity of 87 inbred lines was studied by using 40 SSR markers used in the national maize DUS test,and cluster analysis was also performed.The results showed that a total of 89 alleles were detected,and the average allele variation of each pair of primers was 2.23,with a range of 1-4.The average polymorphism information content(PIC)was 0.32,and the MAF value was 0.44-0.94.The inbred lines with Kinship coefficient 0 accounted for 59.8%,and 87 waxy corn populations could be preliminarily divided into four groups by cluster analysis.Among them,the largest 69 inbred lines represented by N 8 were groupⅠ,while 10 inbred lines represented by N 37 were groupⅡ.In addition,5 inbred lines represented by N 15 were group and 3 inbred lines represented by N 65 were group.The results showed that the genetic diversity of waxed maize inbred lines in Fujian Province was relatively rich,and the utilization value of population materials was determined by the cluster analysis.
