南海东部深层古近系高效开发技术探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 针对南海东部地区深层古近系地层压实程度高、研磨性强、机械钻速低、压差卡钻风险高等难题,形成以旋转齿钻头、一体化复合冲击器、新型硅酸盐钻井液体系为核心的深层古近系高效开发技术。现场试验结果表明:旋转齿钻头有效降低钻头磨损,提升破岩效率,行程钻速提升100%;一体化复合冲击器扭向冲击与轴向冲击相结合,相同层位机械钻速提升155.8%;新型硅酸盐钻井液体系实现低密度下维持井壁稳定,降低电缆测井复杂事故率。南海东部深层古近系开发技术的探索与实践为后续高效挖掘深层剩余油潜力奠定了良好基础。 Due to the problems of high compaction,high abrasive,low drilling rate and high risk of differential pressure sticking in the deep paleogenic strata in Nanhai East,an efficient core development technology is formed consisting of PDC bit with rotary tooth,integrated compound impacter and new silicate drilling fluid system.The field tests show that PDC bit with rotary tooth can effectively reduce the wearing of the bit,improve the rock-breaking efficiency,and increase the drilling speed by 100%.The combined torsional impact and axial impact of the integrated composite impactor increased the rate of penetration by 155.8%compared with the same level.The new silicate drilling fluid system can maintain wellbore stability using low density and reduce the complicated accident rate of wireline logging.The exploration and practice of deep paleogene development technology in Nanhai East have laid a good foundation for efficient exploitation of deep residual potential.
