摘要
在污水聚合物驱工业化试验的基础上,用目前现场正在使用的污水聚合物,与表面活性剂匹配进行聚/表二元体系评价。用污水配制聚合物和表面活性剂,开展了聚/表二元体系的室内实验研究,实验条件如下,一是产生超低油水界面张力,二是具有较好的体系增黏性,聚合物、污水两者之间匹配性相互要吻合,其体系的增黏性和降低界面张力的程度要匹配。通过对现场实施过程中配聚污水水质、聚合物黏度及稳定性监测,满足对现场污水的处理要求;污水中微生物对聚合物产生的降解,目前现场紫外杀菌装置效果差,即使是紫外杀菌能发挥作用,也仅仅是杀地面污水中的菌,在油藏中已经存在的微生物仍然会繁殖生长,对聚合物产生不利的降解作用依然存在,所以必须采用化学剂杀菌处理办法解决污水的杀菌问题,为解决以上两个问题,开展了污水聚合物体系优化。
On the basis of the industrialization test of polymer flooding,use the sewage polymer currently in use in field and match the surfactant to evaluate the surfactant-polymer binary system.Prepared polymers and surfactants with sewage,and carried out indoor experimental research of poly/surface binary system.The experimental conditions are as follows.One is to produce ultra-low oil-water interfacial tension,and the other is to have good system viscosity enhancement.The compatibility between polymer and sewage must be consistent with each other,and the viscosity enhancement of the system and the degree of interfacial tension reduction must match.By monitoring the water quality,polymer viscosity and stability of the polymerization wastewater during the on-site implementation process,meet the requirements for on-site wastewater treatment.Microorganisms in sewage degrade polymers.The current on-site UV sterilization device has poor effect.Even if UV sterilization can work,it only kills bacteria in the ground sewage.Microorganisms that already exist in the oil reservoir will still multiply and grow,and the unfavorable degradation effect on the polymer still exists.Therefore,chemical sterilization treatment methods must be used to solve the problem of sterilization of sewage.In order to solve the above two problems,the sewage polymer system optimization was carried out.
