中西医结合治疗婴幼儿湿疹的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Combined Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Infant Eczema

目的通过Meta分析系统评价中西医结合对比单纯西医治疗婴幼儿湿疹的疗效、复发率及不良反应。方法以“婴幼儿湿疹”和“中西医结合”为关键词,通过检索PubMed、中国知网、维普及万方数据库,筛选中西医结合治疗婴幼儿湿疹的随机对照试验研究。根据Cochrane系统评价的“偏倚风险评价”工具对纳入文献进行资料提取和质量评价后,运用Review Manager 5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果共检索中文文献175篇,根据纳入和排除标准,本次研究共纳入22篇文献,共计2528例患者。Meta分析结果显示,中西医结合治疗组总有效率、痊愈率及复发率优于单纯西医治疗组,但显效率、好转率与单纯西医治疗组相比差异无统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗婴幼儿湿疹的治愈效果显著优于单纯西医治疗,并能够有效减少疾病的复发。为了得到更加全面的分析结果,未来仍然需要更多针对中西医结合治疗婴幼儿湿疹的大样本,开展高质量随机对照实验。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and side effects of Western medicine alone or combined with traditional Chinese medicine on infantile eczema and its recurrence.Methods Studies,which were identified as randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of infantile eczema,were searched.Articles were obtained from PubMed,CNKI,VIP and WanFang databases by searching“Infantile eczema”and“Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine”as keywords.Data extraction and the corresponding risk of bias assessment of included RCTs were conducted according to the Cochrane system,and meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.3 statistical software.Results From retrieved 175 articles,22 articles and 2528 patients were included in this study according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Meta-analysis results showed that the recovery and recurrence rate and effectiveness rate of the combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group were better than those of the Western medicine treatment group.However,the efficiency and improvement rate was not significantly different.Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in infantile eczema treatment has higher clinical efficacy than Western medicine alone.A more comprehensive evaluation,more high-quality large-scaled randomized controlled trials assessing the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in infantile eczema are still required.
