摘要
特应性皮炎(AD)是一种慢性炎性皮肤病,可能与许多合并症相关,包括精神心理疾病。在AD患者中,抑郁、焦虑、睡眠障碍和自杀/自我伤害行为的患病率更高。这些疾病均会对患者及其家庭的生活质量造成负面影响。为了加强AD精神心理合并症的研究,本文将对已知的AD相关的精神心理合并症进行综述。
Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a chronic inflammatory skin disease associated with several comorbidities,including psychological disorders.There is a greater prevalence of depression,anxiety,sleep disorders and suicidal ideation/self-harm among individuals with AD.These diseases negatively impact patients'and their families'quality of life.In order to promote research on AD with psychiatric commodities,these commodities have been reviewed.
