摘要 为了提高能源利用效率,监测疏水阀和安全阀在蒸汽管道上的泄露事故,提出一种基于无线HART(WirelessHART)协议的气体泄漏监测系统。首先利用检测模块采集超声波和温度数据;然后利用WirelessHART模块和网关组成的网状网络进行数据的传输,上位机收到网关收集的数据后对数据进行滤波还原处理;最后,利用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)、频谱分析技术为蒸汽泄露定级,利用声压级与雷诺数的关系为蒸汽泄露定量。钢厂蒸汽管道的测试实验结果证明了该监测系统的有效性和实用性,且该系统能够解决传统手持泄露监测仪检测时间长、监测不准确、耗费大量人力等问题。 In order to improve energy efficiency and monitor the leakage accidents of steam traps on steam pipes, a gas leak monitoring system based on Wireless HART protocol is proposed. Firstly, the ultrasonic and temperature data are collected by the detection module. Then, the mesh network composed of the WirelessHART module and the gateway is used for data transmission, and the host computer receives the data collected by the gateway and performs filtering and restoration processing on the data. Finally, the fast fourier transform(FFT) and spectrum analysis techniques are used to classify the steam leak, and the relationship between sound pressure level and Reynolds number is used to quantify the steam leak. The test results of the steam pipe in the steel plant demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of the monitoring system, and the problems of long detection time, inaccurate monitoring and consuming a lot of manpower of the traditional hand-held leak monitor can be solved.
