特勤官兵的脑功能状态分析

目的分析特勤官兵的脑功能状态变化。方法选择2016年1月1日—2018年12月31日来海军青岛特勤疗养中心疗养的特勤官兵113例为研究对象,通过脑功能活动状态测评与训练系统分析特勤官兵的脑认知能力状态和脑健康状态的变化规律。结果特勤官兵脑认知能力状态总体上在脑稳定能力、抗干扰能力、思维抑制力方面轻度偏离;在注意力方面中度偏离;投入程度、放松能力、记忆力和左右优势方面正常。特勤官兵脑健康状态总体上在情绪低落方面轻度偏离;在大脑负荷、睡眠质量、紧张焦虑和疲劳程度方面中度偏离;大脑活性正常。结论特勤官兵脑认知能力和脑健康状态存在更多的不同程度的异常情况,了解这些脑功能活动状态变化可帮助特勤官兵正确了解和掌控大脑,建立起以脑为对象,特勤官兵独立个体为主的自我学习、训练、评测的自动化心理素质提升的科学规范的方法,有一定的参考价值。

Objective To study the brain function of officers and soldiers for special services.Methods One hundred and thirteen officers and soldiers for special services under rehabilitation at Qingdao Sanatorium Center for Special Services of Navy between January 1,2016 and December 31,2018 were included in this study,whose brain function was measured using the evaluation and training system for cerebral function.Results Overall,there were some mild deviations in their cognitive abilities,including the antijamming ability,brain functional homeostasis and thinking suppression,but moderate deviations were detected in their attentiveness.But no significant abnormality was observed in their involvement-load,the ability to relax,memory,or left or right cerebral dominance.Besides,slight deviations were observed in depression and moderate deviations in brain load,sleep quality,anxiety and fatigue,but their cerebral activities were found to be normal.Conclusion There are remarkable differences in the status of brain function and health of officers and soldiers for special services.A better knowledge of these alterations in the status of brain function can help officers and soldiers for special services better understand and control the brain.It is critical to establish a scientific and standardized method that takes the brain as the target of study and officers and soldiers for special service as independent individuals in order to improve their psychological quality via self-learning,training,and evaluation.
